► Inside Sales Employee / Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst

(fulltime, 36 hours)

For the Inside Sales department in Sneek we are looking for an inside sales employee.

Content of the function

  • Make and follow up quotations;
  • Support the Product Area Manager in drawing up contracts/agreements, including calculating prices and determining delivery conditions;
  • Maintain telephone and written contacts with existing and new customers;
  • Identify market, product and competition developments and customer needs;
  • Develop and keep up-to-date technical product knowledge and product developments;
  • Make a contribution to the continuous improvement of the working method;
  • Ensure follow-up and monitoring of internal and external operational agreements.

What do we ask from you

  • Education at HBO level;
  • At least three years of comparable work experience, preferably in an internationally operating company;
  • Good command of the English language;
  • Important qualities: customer focus, accuracy, organizational ability and independence.

Content of the function

  • Entering, checking and processing customer orders
  • Tracking the order processing and delivery times and keep the customer informed
  • Maintaining and archiving commercial administrative data in the system and digital archive
  • Creating, checking and sending invoices and credit notes after approval
  • Accepting and registering complaints, monitoring the internal follow-up
  • Checking and creating certain statements, certificates, customs and/or export documents at the request of the customer
  • Speaking to customers by phone with order-related matters and/or complaints

For the HR department of Lankhorst Sneek bv we are looking for a HR Business Partner. At the HR department in Sneek you will work together with two colleagues, a HR manager and a HR assistant.

Content of the function

  • Advising management in the field of inflow, throughput and outflow;
  • You contribute ideas for the HR policy and you implement and realize the policy;
  • Supporting managers in recruitment & selection and maintaining contacts with external parties;
  • Be present at management meetings and make an active contribution to this.

What do we ask from you

  • HBO working and thinking level, training in the field of HRM;
  • Several years of experience in the field, preferably in an industrial environment;
  • You feel you own everything that happens in the company in the field of safety;
  • You have coaching skills, you have persuasiveness and you are customer-oriented.
