Wilco Stroet joins Board of Cordage Institute

Lankhorst Ropes’ managing director Wilco Stroet has joined the Cordage Institute’s Board of Directors, which consists of representatives from across the industry. The institute brings together the World’s rope, twine, related manufacturers and suppliers, and affiliated industries to discuss the the industry’s common concerns. The association is dedicated to the advancement of rope and cordage products, using the dissemination of standards to educate and ensure the proper use of industry products.

Commenting, Wilco Stroet said, “I am delighted to join the Cordage Institute’s Board of Directors and contribute, in collaboration with industry colleagues, to the advancement of rope use as well as addressing the technical and sustainability issues we face.”
